We are currently running small in-person classes with some of our classes having Zoom options. You can sign up for our classes here but please make sure to check the location (Live vs. Zoom) when you do! If you are new to our classes, your first class is FREE - just email the instructor to sign up!

Making Waves
Making Waves is an aquatic class that focuses on head to toe range of motion, balance, and low impact stretching in a light resistance environment.
Time Options:
- Mondays, 10-11am
- Mondays, 2-3pm
Cost: Cost is $20 per class and overall cost for the session will depend on the # of days in the month.
We ask that all participants come fully dressed for the pool and may change in the locker rooms afterward.

Ai Chi - Shelburne
Ai Chi is an aquatic class designed to focus on the controlled breath and repetitive movements to calm our center, improve balance and core strength, and leave with a renewed ability to manage the daily stressors of life. This is a sequential series and as a result, the instruction builds from one session to the next. Please join us for an exhilarating series of feeling good inside and out!

- Tuesday, 11am-12pm
- Wednesday, 10-11am
- Thursday, 10-11am
- Friday, 2-3pm

SNOWFit
This circuit-based aquatic class provides a well-rounded workout from head to toe. As participants move from one station to the next, they will use a variety of aquatic dumbbells, paddles, noodles and more to improve their mobility and build strength, stability, and balance.
Time Options:
- Fridays, 9-10am
Cost: Cost is $20 per class or you can pre-pay for the entire month. Total cost will depend on the # of Fridays in the month.

Wicked Waves
Wicked Waves is a high intensity plyometric class in the pool with focus on hopping, skipping, jumping and running. It gets your heart rate up!

Williston
Core Connections - Pilates
This is a beginner mat-based class focused on core strengthening in multi-level positions. We utilize body weight, no props!
We are offering Mat Pilates as a live class on ZOOM or as a pre-recorded class that you can perform on your own when it's convenient for you
Time Options (for a live ZOOM class):

SeniorX – Senior Exercise Class
This class is for local seniors who wish to improve their flexibility, balance, strength, cardiac health, and overall mobility. Generally, intensity will be moderate so comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. Since the class is held on zoom and participants are attending from home, they can easily pace themselves with the exercises. The instructors guide you through out the entire class with full demonstration of all exercises with modifications offered to allow everyone to participate to their fullest ability. The use of hand weights and/or resistance bands is optional.

- Mondays, 11am-12pm
- Wednesdays, 11am-12pm
Cost: Cost is $10 per month - you can attend as many classes as you want!

DRENCH!
This is a high-intensity aquatic interval training class for cardio conditioning, strength training, and having FUN! Participants require a bathing suit (or clothes you are comfortable wearing in pool), towel, shoes for pool deck/locker room and the desire to sweat!

- Tuesdays, 4-5pm
Cost:Cost is $120 for the full 6 week session.

Alternate Locations
Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning is a more advanced option for anyone who is overcoming an injury or has a set goal in mind and is looking for a more tailored and specific approach to training while working along-side like-minded individuals. This class has an equal balance of low and high intensity exercises for dynamic strength & conditioning or HIIT components of training. We ask that you come in with an open mind and you give us your undivided attention when instructions and feedback are being provided - these standards are put in place to ensure you are making the most of your time and getting the most out of each session!
When: ongoing class that ends Dec 19th
Time Options:
- Mondays, 5-5:55pm - offered in-person or via Zoom
Cost: Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card. Please make sure to purchase the correct punch card for Small Group Training, as we offer a different punch card for our larger group classes. Class size is limited to 8 participants and drop-ins are only allowed via Zoom.
