Kristi, who has practiced physical therapy in Vermont for over 25 years, is a certified lymphedema therapist and experienced general orthopedic therapist. She specializes in oncology rehabilitation, and has been an invited speaker on lymphedema-related topics at local and national professional meetings.
Kristi has extensive clinical experience treating TMJ (jaw joint disorders), joint replacements, and has a special interest utilizing postural restoration technique for spinal and hip pain. She is certified in integrative dry needling (IDN) for pain and dysfunction. Kristi is an experienced certified Pilates instructor who provides individualized core strengthening programs for both physical therapy patients and the community.
Kristi earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Science Center, as well as a second Master’s degree from the University of Vermont (thesis -using ultrasound-imaging techniques for lymphedema diagnostics). Kristi enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing, water-skiing, biking, running, and playing competitive volleyball. She is an avid gardener and bee-keeper, and loves time spent outdoors with friends and family.
