We are currently running limited in-person classes.  Our other classes are run online via Zoom.  You can sign up for our classes here but please make sure to check the location (Live vs. Zoom) when you do!  If you are new to our classes, your first class is FREE - just email the instructor to sign up!

South Burlington

Ski & Snowboard Fitness Camp

Location: South Burlington

This cross training camp will provide a total body workout with emphasis on core stability, strength, endurance, balance, and recovery.  Whether you downhill, go into the backcountry, or snowshoe, this program is specifically designed to decrease your risk of injury by increasing neuromuscular awareness, power, and control.  Classes will be progressive in nature to develop single leg strength, power, and mobility to address imbalances so you can enjoy your outdoor activities with more ease and confidence this winter!

 

When: Sept 21st - Dec 31st (classes will be off for holiday weeks)

 

Time Options:

  • Monday & Wednesday, 5-6 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 7-8 AM

 

Cost:

Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card.  This includes a weekly email with specific stretches, exercises, and mobility drills to perform at home   Please make sure to purchase the correct punch card for Small Group Training, as we offer a different punch card for our larger group classes.  Class size is limited to 8 participants.

Fit Over 40 - Winter Preparation

Location: South Burlington

This 12 week strength training series will teach you the movements you need to maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, and stability, all while successfully preparing you for winter activities, whether that means shoveling, back-country skiing, simply avoiding falls, or all of the above. Preparation is key to a successful, injury-free winter!

Fit Over 40 Winter Preparation is progressive in nature to build single leg strength and stability, as well as core and shoulder endurance to set you up for a successful winter season and allow you to enjoy the outdoors with improved enthusiasm and strength.

The small groups allow for more one-on-one attention at an affordable rate when compared to personal training. These groups are intimate, fun, & encouraging with options to attend in-person and from the comfort of your own home on zoom.

Shelburne

Mat Pilates

Location: Shelburne
Dates / Times: Wednesdays or Fridays, 9-10am

This is a beginning mat Pilates class focused on core strengthening in multi-level positions. We utilize body weight, no props. Please bring your own mat. 

 

We are offering Mat Pilates as a live class on ZOOM or as a pre-recorded class that you can perform on your own when it's convenient for you

 

Time Options (for a live ZOOM class):

  • Wednesdays, 9-10AM
  • Fridays, 9-10AM

Cost:

$16 per class or $135 for a 10-class punch card that can be used other PT360 classes, such as Yoga Foundations!

Making Waves

Location: Shelburne

Making Waves is an aquatic class that focuses on head to toe range of motion, balance, and low impact stretching in a light resistance environment. 

Cost is $20 per class and overall cost for the session will depend on the # of Mondays in the month.  We are currently not allowing drop-ins.

 

Class size is limited to 5 participants to allow for appropriate distancing while in our pool.  We ask that all participants come fully dressed for the pool and wear a mask at all times.  It may be wise to bring a second mask in case the first gets wet.  Locker room facilities will only be available for bathroom use at this time.

Ai Chi - Shelburne

Location: Shelburne

Ai Chi is an aquatic class designed to focus on the controlled breath and repetitive movements to calm our center, improve balance and core strength, and leave with a renewed ability to manage the daily stressors of life. This is a sequential series and as a result, the instruction builds from one session to the next.  Please join us for an exhilarating series of feeling good inside and out! 

 

Time Options:

  • Thursday, 10-11am
  • Friday, 2-3pm

SNOWFit

Location: Shelburne
Dates / Times: Fridays @ 9am, runs in a 6 week session

This circuit-based aquatic class is geared for cancer survivors to build overall strength & conditioning to help you function more easily in your daily life and get back to the activities you enjoy.  As quoted from the instructor, Julie Allen, PTA, it is "a hooting good time!"  The class runs in a 6 week block - cost is $60 for the entire block.

Williston

SeniorX – Senior Exercise Class

Location: Williston
Dates / Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 11am-12pm, ongoing class at $10 per month

This class is for local seniors who wish to improve their flexibility, balance, strength, cardiac health, and overall mobility. Generally, intensity will be moderate so comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. All exercises may be completed at each person’s own pace and modified to better fit each participant’s ability.

Yoga Foundations

Location: Williston

If you have never tried yoga before, this series is perfect for you!  It is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga, as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic poses.  Poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Breathing and meditation techniques are also integrated.  You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.  Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, back-bends, forward folds, and hip openers.  Emphasis placed on student understanding, safety, and stability with each pose. 

 

Class size is limited to allow for adequate distancing in our facility.  Participants are required to wear a mask into our office but may take it off in class once appropriately distanced.

 

Time Options:

  •   Tuesdays, 6:15 - 7 PM

 Cost:
