Making Waves

Location: Shelburne

Making Waves is an aquatic class that focuses on head to toe range of motion, balance, and low impact stretching in a light resistance environment.  Classes are $48/60 for the month (depending on the # of Tuesdays in the month) or $15 per class as a drop-in. Please call ahead to check for availability if planning to drop-in.

Mat Pilates

Location: Shelburne

This is a beginning mat Pilates class focused on core strengthening in multi-level positions. We utilize body weight, no props. Please bring your own mat.

This is a sequential series and as a result, the instruction builds from one session to the next. Please join us for an exhilarating series of feeling good inside and out! SNOWFit

Location: Shelburne
Dates / Times: Fridays @ 9am, runs in a 6 week session

This circuit-based aquatic class is geared for cancer survivors to build overall strength & conditioning to help you function more easily in your daily life and get back to the activities you enjoy.  As quoted from the instructor, Julie Allen, PTA, it is "a hooting good time!"  The class runs in a 6 week block - cost is $60 for the entire block.

DRENCH!

Location: Williston
Dates / Times: Tuesdays 5-6pm, runs in a 6 week block

This is a high-intensity aquatic interval training class for cardio conditioning, strength training, and having FUN! Participants require a bathing suit (or clothes you are comfortable wearing in pool), towel, shoes for pool deck/locker room and the desire to sweat! Cost is $72 for the full 6 week session. You are encouraged to sign up in advance, but drop-ins are accepted. If you are interested in dropping in to try a class, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance for approval. Drop in costs are $15/class.

Beginner's Yoga

Location: Williston
Dates / Times: Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm, runs in a 6 week block

Discover yoga postures, breath work, meditation techniques, and how to relax.  Learn ways to modify postures to heal injuries or to avoid them.  Bring a yoga mat and water, and get ready to relax and enjoy the practice of slowing down. 

Cost is $60 for a full 6 week session or $12 to drop-in.

The Balanced Rider Clinics

Location: Williston
Dates / Times: March 9th, 9-11am with optional aquatic clinic 11am-12pm

Please join us for an introductory educational clinic as part of our Balanced Rider program for the equestrian.  The 2 hour clinic will include introductory philosophy, exercise demonstrations, a home exercise program, and your own oblong balance ball to help you address the musculoskeletal imbalances that directly affect the quality of your horseback riding, regardless of your discipline.

When & Where: Saturday, March 9th from 9-11am at PT360 Williston.

Cost: $60

We are also adding an optional aquatic-based circuit class after the introductory clinic to focus on shoulder positioning, core strength, and hip mobility for the equestrian.  You must have attended one of our introductory clinics to learn and practice the philosophy behind our Balanced Rider program to be able to participate in our aquatic clinic.

SeniorX – Senior Exercise Class

Location: Provided through PT360 Williston in the Dragonheart Vermont Center
Dates / Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 11am-12pm, ongoing class at $10 per month

This class is for local seniors who wish to improve their flexibility, balance, strength, cardiac health, and overall mobility. Generally, intensity will be moderate so comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. All exercises may be completed at each person’s own pace and modified to better fit each participant’s ability. Please call with questions.

Fit Over 40 Small Training Group

Fit Over 40 Small Group Training is an 8 week progressive series. This strength training series will teach you the movements you need to maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, stability, and restore core strength.

The small groups allow for more one-on-one attention at an affordable rate.  They are intimate, fun, & encouraging.

Runners Specific Training Camp

Location: REV Indoor Cycling

This Runners Specific Training Camp will focus on dynamic stability of the hip, knee, and ankle to properly prepare yourself for the outdoor running season with progressive single leg strengthening and plyometric exercises to reduce your risk of injury.

This program has been carefully designed to increase your power, recovery, & endurance for those longer runs.
