Total Body Rehab is a mat-based class that focuses on posture from head to toe. Each class will go through a series of total body “pre-hab” exercises and stretches to maintain mobility, flexibility, and core stability so you can keep enjoying your favorite activities. Classes will also encompass exercises specific for the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle, in addition to progressive balance work.
This is an ongoing class and will run every week

This training camp will provide a total body workout with emphasis on core stability, strength, endurance, balance, and recovery. Whether you downhill, go into the backcountry, or snowshoe, this program is specifically designed to decrease your risk of injury by increasing neuromuscular awareness. Classes will be progressive in nature for single leg strength, power development, and mobility so you can enjoy your outdoor activities with more ease and confidence!
When: Sept 23rd - Dec 18th (no class during Thanksgiving week)

Cost: $480 for 2 classes per week for 12 weeks (24 classes total!) or $22 per class to drop-in. You can pay in smaller installments if purchasing the entire session.

In these small training groups, we will integrate dumbbells, kettlebells, and other implements to our basic movements to help maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, stability, and restore core strength. Classes will be taught by Certified Athletic Trainers Jen Farrugia, MS, ATC, CSCS and Sam Messenger, ATC.

Looking to get into strength training, but unsure of where to start? Join this 4-week series taught by Jen Farrugia, MS, ATC, CSCS to work on form, mechanics and general movement. We aim to build muscular endurance through progressive body weight movements each week. This introduction series that will teach you the movements you need to maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, stability, and restore core strength – no weights! Just bodyweight, TRX, and medicine balls. We will learn the basics of how to integrate dumbbells and kettlebells into our fundamental movements once we have mastered the basics.

Making Waves is an aquatic class that focuses on head to toe range of motion, balance, and low impact stretching in a light resistance environment. Classes are $48/60 for the month (depending on the # of Tuesdays in the month) or $15 per class as a drop-in. This is a beginning mat Pilates class focused on core strengthening in multi-level positions. We utilize body weight, no props. Please bring your own mat.

Ai Chi is an aquatic class designed to focus on the controlled breath and repetitive movements to calm our center, improve balance and core strength, and leave with a renewed ability to manage the daily stressors of life. This is a sequential series and as a result, the instruction builds from one session to the next. Please join us for an exhilarating series of feeling good inside and out! This circuit-based aquatic class is geared for cancer survivors to build overall strength & conditioning to help you function more easily in your daily life and get back to the activities you enjoy. As quoted from the instructor, Julie Allen, PTA, it is "a hooting good time!" The class runs in a 6 week block - cost is $60 for the entire block.
This is a high-intensity aquatic interval training class for cardio conditioning, strength training, and having FUN! Participants require a bathing suit (or clothes you are comfortable wearing in pool), towel, shoes for pool deck/locker room and the desire to sweat! Cost is $72 for the full 6 week session. You are encouraged to sign up in advance, but drop-ins are accepted for $15 per class. If you are interested in dropping in to try a class, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance for approval.

If you have never tried yoga before, this series is perfect for you! It is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga, as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic poses. Poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing and meditation techniques are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, back-bends, forward folds, and hip openers. Emphasis placed on student understanding, safety, and stability with each pose.
Holiday Session: Dec 3rd - Dec 17th (3 weeks) - $45 for the series of $18 to drop-in
Winter Session 1: Jan 7th - Feb 11th (6 weeks) - $90 for the series or $18 to drop-in

Please join us for an introductory educational clinic as part of our Balanced Rider program for the equestrian. The 2 hour clinic will include introductory philosophy, exercise demonstrations, a home exercise program, and your own oblong balance ball to help you address the musculoskeletal imbalances that directly affect the quality of your horseback riding, regardless of your discipline.

This class is for local seniors who wish to improve their flexibility, balance, strength, cardiac health, and overall mobility. Generally, intensity will be moderate so comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. All exercises may be completed at each person’s own pace and modified to better fit each participant’s ability. Please call with questions.
