We are currently running limited in-person classes. Our other classes are run online via Zoom. You can sign up for our classes here but please make sure to check the location (Live vs. Zoom) when you do! If you are new to our classes, your first class is FREE - just email the instructor to sign up!

South Burlington
Base Fitness - Strength Training
This strength training series will teach you the movements you need to maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, and stability. It focuses on increasing overall strength and building lean muscle using longer work periods, rest in between stations, and more time in each station for us to coach you and for you to learn. It is best suited to all levels with options for modifications. You must have foundations/knowledge of basic movements.
The small groups allow for more one-on-one attention at an affordable rate when compared to personal training. These groups are intimate, fun, & encouraging with options to attend in-person OR from the comfort of your own home on Zoom.

Cost: Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card. This includes a weekly email with an additional home routine for maintenance! Please make sure to purchase the correct punch card for Small Group Training, as we offer a different punch card for our larger group classes. Class size is limited to 8 participants.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning is a more advanced option for anyone who is overcoming an injury or has a set goal in mind and is looking for a more tailored and specific approach to training while working along-side like-minded individuals. This class has an equal balance of low and high intensity exercises for dynamic strength & conditioning or HIIT components of training. We ask that you come in with an open mind and you give us your undivided attention when instructions and feedback are being provided - these standards are put in place to ensure you are making the most of your time and getting the most out of each session!
When: ongoing class that starts Jan 3rd, 2022

Shelburne
Making Waves
Making Waves is an aquatic class that focuses on head to toe range of motion, balance, and low impact stretching in a light resistance environment.
Time Options:
- Mondays, 10-11am
Cost is $20 per class and overall cost for the session will depend on the # of days in the month. We are currently not allowing drop-ins.
Class size is limited to 5 participants to allow for appropriate distancing while in our pool. We ask that all participants come fully dressed for the pool and wear a mask at all times. It may be wise to bring a second mask in case the first gets wet. Locker room facilities will only be available for bathroom use at this time.
Ai Chi - Shelburne
Ai Chi is an aquatic class designed to focus on the controlled breath and repetitive movements to calm our center, improve balance and core strength, and leave with a renewed ability to manage the daily stressors of life. This is a sequential series and as a result, the instruction builds from one session to the next. Please join us for an exhilarating series of feeling good inside and out!
Time Options:
- Tuesday, 11am-12pm
- Wednesday, 10-11am
- Thursday, 10-11am
- Friday, 2-3pm

SNOWFit
This circuit-based aquatic class is geared for cancer survivors to build overall strength & conditioning to help you function more easily in your daily life and get back to the activities you enjoy. As quoted from the instructor, Julie Allen, PTA, it is "a hooting good time!" The class runs in a 6 week block - cost is $60 for the entire block.
Williston
Core Connections - Pilates
This is a beginner mat-based class focused on core strengthening in multi-level positions. We utilize body weight, no props. Please bring your own mat.
We are offering Mat Pilates as a live class on ZOOM or as a pre-recorded class that you can perform on your own when it's convenient for you
Time Options (for a live ZOOM class):
- Wednesdays, 9-10AM
- Fridays, 9-10AM
Cost:
$18 per class or $150 for a 10-class punch card that can be used other PT360 classes, such as Yoga Foundations!

SeniorX – Senior Exercise Class
This class is for local seniors who wish to improve their flexibility, balance, strength, cardiac health, and overall mobility. Generally, intensity will be moderate so comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. All exercises may be completed at each person’s own pace and modified to better fit each participant’s ability.
