We are currently not running any of our classes in the clinic at this time in order to keep everyone safe from the spread of COVID-19.  All classes below are run online via Zoom - you can sign up for our classes here! If you are new to our classes, your first class is FREE - just email the instructor to sign up!

 

Burlington

Total Body Rehab

Location: Burlington

Total Body Rehab is a mat-based class that focuses on posture from head to toe.  Each class will go through a series of total body “pre-hab” exercises and stretches to maintain mobility, flexibility, and core stability so you can keep enjoying your favorite activities.  Classes will also encompass exercises specific for the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle, in addition to progressive balance work.

 

Time Options:

  • Thursdays, 11:10 AM - 12 PM

 

Cost:

$16 per class or $135 for a 10-class punch card that can be used with other PT360 classes, such as Yoga Foundations and Mat Pilates!

12 week Strength Camp for Runners

Location: Burlington

Common causes of injury include over-training, abnormal biomechanics, improper footwear selection, flexibility limitations, and strength deficits/imbalances.

Join PT360 for this 12 week progressive strength program specifically designed for the endurance athlete to improve single leg hip, knee, & ankle strength and improve mobility & power to decrease your risk of injury this season.  This program has been carefully designed to increase your power, endurance, and decrease recovery time for those longer runs.

  • Tuesday & Thursday, 7-8 AM

Cost:

Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card.  This includes a weekly email with specific stretches and mobility drills for the ankle, hips, & feet.

Fit Over 40 - Summer Sports Prep

Location: Burlington
Dates / Times: Monday, 9-10am; Tuesday & Thursday, 8:15-9:15am; Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30-10:30am

Summer Sports Prep is a 12 week progressive strength training series with small groups - 8 clients only!  We practice basic form and technique while building strength and confidence. You'll increase energy and stamina to prepare for the summer activities you love.  Progressive single leg work will be incorporated into this session.

This is a beginning mat Pilates class focused on core strengthening in multi-level positions. We utilize body weight, no props. Please bring your own mat.

Total Body Rehab is a mat-based class that focuses on posture from head to toe.  Each class will go through a series of total body “pre-hab” exercises and stretches to maintain mobility, flexibility, and core stability so you can keep enjoying your favorite activities.  Classes will also encompass exercises specific for the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle, in addition to progressive balance work.  Resistance training will emphasize body weight and use of resistance bands since this is the Phase 1 CDC guidelines for return to scholastic sports conditioning.

Williston

Yoga Foundations

Location: Williston
Dates / Times: Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm

If you have never tried yoga before, this series is perfect for you!  It is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga, as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic poses.  Poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Breathing and meditation techniques are also integrated.  You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.  Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, back-bends, forward folds, and hip openers.  Emphasis placed on student understanding, safety, and stability with each pose. 

 

Time Options:

  •   Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM
