Total Body Rehab

Total Body Rehab is a mat-based class that focuses on posture from head to toe.  Each class will go through a series of total body “pre-hab” exercises and stretches to maintain mobility, flexibility, and core stability so you can keep enjoying your favorite activities.  Classes will also encompass exercises specific for the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle, in addition to progressive balance work.

 

This is an ongoing class and will run every week

 

Time Options:

Cost: $15 per class or $120 for a 10 class punch card.

Boot Camp 8-Week Progressive Program

This is an 8 week small group progressive training camp that will focus on 3-4 basic movements that are progressed throughout our 8 week program for total body strength and conditioning.

12 week Strength Camp for Runners

Join PT360 for this 12 week progressive strength program specifically designed for the endurance athlete to improve single leg hip, knee, & ankle strength and improve mobility & power to decrease your risk of injury this season.  This program has been carefully designed to increase your power, endurance, and decrease recovery time for those longer runs.

Mat Pilates

DRENCH!

Location: Williston

This is a high-intensity aquatic interval training class for cardio conditioning, strength training, and having FUN! Participants require a bathing suit (or clothes you are comfortable wearing in pool), towel, shoes for pool deck/locker room and the desire to sweat!  Cost is $72 for the full 6 week session. You are encouraged to sign up in advance, but drop-ins are accepted for $15 per class. If you are interested in dropping in to try a class, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance for approval.

Yoga Foundations

Location: Williston

If you have never tried yoga before, this series is perfect for you!  It is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga, as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic poses.  Poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Breathing and meditation techniques are also integrated.  You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.  Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, back-bends, forward folds, and hip openers.  Emphasis placed on student understanding, safety, and stability with each pose.

 

Winter Session #2: Feb 18th - Mar 24th (6 weeks) - $90 for the series or $18 to drop-in

The Balanced Rider Clinics

Please join us for an introductory educational clinic as part of our Balanced Rider program for the equestrian.  The 2 hour clinic will include introductory philosophy, exercise demonstrations, a home exercise program, and your own oblong balance ball to help you address the musculoskeletal imbalances that directly affect the quality of your horseback riding, regardless of your discipline.

SeniorX – Senior Exercise Class

Location: Provided through PT360 Williston in the Dragonheart Vermont Center
Dates / Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 11am-12pm, ongoing class at $10 per month

This class is for local seniors who wish to improve their flexibility, balance, strength, cardiac health, and overall mobility. Generally, intensity will be moderate so comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended. All exercises may be completed at each person’s own pace and modified to better fit each participant’s ability. Please call with questions.
