Kramer Jakubek, DPT, CSCS, TPI
Kramer earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, where he minored in Sport and Exercise Psychology. During his time at Ithaca College, Kramer was a Captain of the Men’s Swimming and Diving team, and also a high jumper for the Men’s Track and Field Team, where he earned All-State and All-Conference accolades.
Kramer spent the beginning of his professional practice treating patients in the NYC area, and is excited to take his Physical Therapy career to Vermont! He has extensive experience in treating a variety of conditions in the outpatient and sports orthopedics setting, and enjoys treating patients and athletes of all ages, from pediatric and on.
He has a specialty as an Advanced Hip Clinician through the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC, and has additional special interests in treating the ACL in pre- and post-operative populations, rotator cuff conditions & repairs in the shoulder, and orthopedic injuries sustained by athletes of all ages. Kramer also enjoys working with golfers of all levels of experience, and he became a Level 2 Golf Medical Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute to better serve his golf clients. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and holds additional specializations in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Screen to utilize a full body approach in treating his patients so that they can achieve their full potential and reduce the risk of future injury.
During his free time, Kramer enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, weight training, surfing, and playing sports like flag football and softball. He also enjoys traveling with his wife around the world, and tries to go on a fun trip every year. He is also an avid fan of the New York Mets and Minnesota Vikings.
