Becky Street, DPT
Becky is a native Vermonter and has worked at our Shelburne office since it opened in 2013 after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Vermont. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Lawrence University, where she played Division I ice hockey and became interested in physical therapy. Becky believes in taking an active approach to rehabilitation while using both land-based and aquatic approaches to return her patients to the activities they love. She focuses on general orthopedics, sports medicine, and post-operative rehabilitation for patients of all ages and abilities. She is currently the co-director of FunFitness with Special Olympics Vermont and is a regular Penguin Plunger!
Outside of work, Becky spends her winters as a girls’ ice hockey coach in Vermont and collaborates with the USA Hockey National Development Programs in the summers. She loves to adventure outdoors with her trusty dog, Sadie, and describes herself as an amateur gardener, decent hiker, and expert bookworm.
