Telehealth PT
PT360 is now offering Telehealth physical therapy services as an alternative to in-person therapy. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Telehealth sessions allow our patients to continue receiving care from the safety and comfort of their own home!
Telehealth allows existing patients to continue with one-on-one physical therapy through an internet-enabled device with a camera and microphone. PT360 uses Doxy.me, a secure and HIPAA compliant platform, to provide live audio and video physical therapy sessions. While Telehealth services are applicable and effective for many patients, our physical therapists will use their clinical judgement to determine if Telehealth physical therapy is appropriate for patients on an individual basis. Sessions may include examination, assessment, and treatment interventions that are appropriate and feasible to perform via a live audio and/or video platform. As of July 1st, 2021, most insurance providers are no longer covering Telehealth services and sessions will be out of pocket at our self-pay rate. We will inform you if your insurance plan covers Telehealth services.
Click on the picture of your therapist to email them about scheduling Telehealth physical therapy sessions or to ask any questions that you might have. Once you have been scheduled, your therapist will email you from their PT360 email account with a secure link to access and start your Telehealth physical therapist session. If you are a new patient or being seen for a new condition, please fill out our intake paperwork and submit it to your physical therapist prior to your first appointment.
