Lori Nejaime, PT

Physical Therapist

With 28 years of extensive experience, Lori is a highly skilled physical therapist specializing in neurological rehabilitation and outpatient care. Graduating from Hogeschool van Amsterdam in 1996, she also hold degrees in Public Health and Dance from Southern Connecticut State University.

Lori began her career in both short- and long-term rehabilitation before transitioning to outpatient care. She has an extensive background in treating neurological impairments, back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and athletic injuries for patients for all ages. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with athletes at all levels—from weekend warriors to Olympic competitors.

For 15 years, Lori owned and operated Nejaime.fysio.pilates in the Netherlands, where she pioneered the integration of Clinical Pilates—a therapeutic blend of Pilates with traditional physical therapy. She is excited to bring this innovative approach to PT360.

Having worked in London, New York, Amsterdam, and Maastricht, Lori brings a rich global perspective to her practice. She is experienced in treating patients from various cultural backgrounds, customizing care to fit their unique needs and daily functions within their cultural contexts.

Lori believes in a holistic approach and is a hands-on physical therapist that combines alternative and traditional health treatments and is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration. As she says - she loves her job!

Recently relocated to Vermont to be closer to her daughter and grand dog, she also has a son studying in the Netherlands. Outside of work, Lori is an avid traveler, and is a global taste tester for French fries and ice cream (with Maple Creemees high on the list!), and balances her taste testing with regular exercise, Pilates teaching, and a soon-to-be hiker. Fluent in Arabic and Dutch, Lori is dedicated to help improve the quality of her patients’ lives.
