Kaitlin earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Vermont in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science from Syracuse University in 2022 (Go Orange!). With over seven years of experience in personal training —including aquatic fitness and adaptive fitness—Kaitlin is also a coach at Orangetheory Fitness, where she blends heart rate based interval training with motivating coaching. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and is committed to providing personalized, effective care for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. Outside of the clinic, you can find her traveling, paddle boarding, or hiking with friends and family.
