Total Body Rehab - Shelburne
Total Body Rehab is a mat-based class that focuses on posture from head to toe. Each class will go through a series of total body “pre-hab” exercises and stretches to maintain mobility, flexibility, and core stability so you can keep enjoying your favorite activities. Classes will also encompass exercises specific for the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle, in addition to progressive balance work. Resistance training will emphasize body weight and use of resistance bands since this is the Phase 1 CDC guidelines for return to scholastic sports conditioning.
