Ski & Snowboard Fitness Camp
This training camp will provide a total body workout with emphasis on core stability, strength, endurance, balance, and recovery. Whether you downhill, go into the backcountry, or snowshoe, this program is specifically designed to decrease your risk of injury by increasing neuromuscular awareness. Classes will be progressive in nature for single leg strength, power development, and mobility so you can enjoy your outdoor activities with more ease and confidence!
When: Sept 23rd - Dec 18th (no class during Thanksgiving week)
- Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00-7:00 AM
Cost: $480 for 2 classes per week for 12 weeks (24 classes total!) or $22 per class to drop-in. You can pay in smaller installments if purchasing the entire session.
