Running Maintenance Small Training Group

Join PT360 for this small group training program specifically designed for the endurance athlete to improve single leg hip, knee, & ankle strength and improve mobility & power to decrease your risk of injury this season.
- Monday & Wednesday, 5-6 PM (offered LIVE and via ZOOM)
Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card. This includes a weekly email with specific stretches and mobility drills for the ankle, hips, & feet. Please make sure to purchase the correct punch card, as we offer a different punch card for our larger group ZOOM-only classes.
