Runners Specific Training Camp
This Runners Specific Training Camp will focus on dynamic stability of the hip, knee, and ankle to properly prepare yourself for the outdoor running season with progressive single leg strengthening and plyometric exercises to reduce your risk of injury.
This program has been carefully designed to increase your power, recovery, & endurance for those longer runs.
Where & With Whom:
Classes will be held at our NEWEST location at 10 Farrell Street inside Rev Indoor Cycling. Classes are taught by Jen Farrugia, MS, ATC, CSCS. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach, who has 8 years of experience between patient care & teaching group classes.
March 4th - Apr 25th
- Monday & Wednesday, 7:00am-7:50AM
- Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00-6:50AM
- Tuesday & Thursday, 5:15-6:00 PM
$320 for 2 classes per week for 8 weeks (16 classes total!)
