Pelvic Health for the Female Athlete
This class will incorporate how to manage common women’s health problems such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse (associated more with pelvic floor weakness), and pelvic pain. We will cover concerns about exercising during pregnancy and postpartum issues such as divarication of rectus abdominis, exercising after a caesarian section. This progressive series will help you prevent injury postpartum and aid in how to get back into exercise safely and confidently.

Cost: $240 for 2 classes per week for 6 weeks (12 classes total) OR $22 per class to drop in.
