Pelvic Health for the Female Athlete
Pelvic Health for the Female athlete is an 8-week class series to help women safely and confidently get back into their exercise routine after childbirth. Whether you are seeking appropriate core exercises, have questions regarding exercise intensity, or are hesitant to try certain movements, this class series is for you! It doesn't matter if you are 16 weeks, 6 months, or 5 years postpartum. This class series will also help if you are suffering from prolapse, diastasis, incontinence, or had a C-section.
The series will begin mat based and progress to doing functional activities, such as running drills, lifting moderate/heavy loads, and performing overhead exercises, but in a safe, confident manner to get you back into the activities you love the most without hesitation.
**We require that you are cleared for exercise by your MD or have seen a pelvic PT**

- Monday & Thursday, 5-6pm
Cost: $320 for 2 classes per week for 8 weeks (16 classes total) OR $176 for 1 class per week (8 classes total)
