Kramer Jakubek, PT, DPT, CSCS, TPI

Kramer completed his clinical doctorate at Ithaca College and began his career practicing in New Jersey and New York City, gaining extensive experience in treating a variety of conditions in the outpatient and sports orthopedics settings before moving to Vermont. 

He has taken extensive coursework to treat non-operative and arthroscopic hip procedures related to impingements and labral tears.  He also has additional special interests in treating the ACL in pre- and post-operative populations, rotator cuff conditions & repairs in the shoulder, and orthopedic injuries sustained by athletes of all ages. Kramer also enjoys working with golfers of all levels of experience, and he became a Level 2 Golf Medical Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute to better serve his golf clients. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and holds additional specializations in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Screen to utilize a full body approach in treating his patients so that they can achieve their full potential and reduce the risk of future injury.

During his free time, Kramer spends time with his family, loves to golf, ski, hike, weight train, surf, and participate in a variety of recreational sports. He enjoys traveling and tries to go on a fun new trip every year. He is also an avid sports fan supporting the New York Mets and Minnesota Vikings.
