Jen Farrugia, MS, ATC, CSCS
Jen graduated from the University of Vermont in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. After working for 2 years in the field, she went back to receive her Masters in Athletic Training from West Virginia Wesleyan. Since then, Jen has worked in numerous settings, including performance center for the outdoor athlete, managed a wellness center in Jackson, WY, and has worked in numerous physical therapy clinics. Jen specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and believes in a full body approach to rehab. It’s important to make certain that all the pieces of the puzzle are working together. Patient education is critical for success to ensure a full recovery mentally and physically. She incorporates her strength training background as she is a firm believer that life is a marathon and it’s important to be prepared. Jen has worked with a wide range of patients of all ages and abilities levels. Jen enjoys nothing more than sharing her love of movement!
In her free time Jen enjoys Crossfit, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors in the mountains as much as she can with her husband and dog.
