Fit Over 40 Small Training Group
Are you currently receiving or recently graduated from orthopedic rehab and looking to safely get back into strength training? Or simply just looking to get back into fitness?
Fit Over 40 Small Group Training is an 8 week progressive series. This strength training series will teach you the movements you need to maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, stability, and restore core strength.
The small groups allow for more one-on-one attention at an affordable rate. They are intimate, fun, & encouraging.

- Monday & Wednesday, 8:00-8:50 AM
- Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00-8:50 AM
$320 for 2 classes per week for 8 weeks (16 classes total) OR $22 per class to drop in.
This also includes a weekly email with a bonus workout, stretching routine, nutrition tips, & fun facts!
