Fit Over 40 - Winter Preparation!
This strength training series will teach you the movements you need to maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, and stability, all while successfully preparing you for winter activities. Whether that means shoveling, back-country skiing, simply avoiding falls, or all of the above. Preparation is key to a successful, injury-free winter. This 12 week series will be progressive in nature to build single leg strength and stability, as well as core and shoulder endurance to set you up for a successful winter season and allow you to enjoy the outdoors with improved enthusiasm and strength.
The small groups allow for more one-on-one attention at an affordable rate. They are intimate, fun, & encouraging!

- Monday & Wednesday, 8:00-8:55 AM
- Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00-8:55 AM
Current session is $480 for 2 classes per week for 12 weeks (24 classes total) OR $22 per class to drop in.
This also includes a weekly email with a bonus workout or stretching routine for home!
