Fit Over 40 - Summer Sports Prep

Location: South Burlington
Dates/Times: Monday & Wednesday, 8-8:55am; Monday, 3-3:55pm; Tuesday & Thursday, 8-8:55am

Summer Sports Prep is a 12 week progressive strength training series with small groups - 8 clients only!  We practice basic form and technique while building strength and confidence. You'll increase energy and stamina to prepare for the summer activities you love.  Progressive single leg work will be incorporated into this session.

Cost is $480 for 2 classes per week over 12 weeks (24 classes total)This includes a weekly email with a stretching routine, nutrition tips, or fun facts pertaining to your physical health!
