Fit Over 40 - Summer Sports Prep

Location: Burlington
Dates/Times: Monday, 9-10am; Tuesday & Thursday, 8:15-9:15am; Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30-10:30am

Summer Sports Prep is a 12 week progressive strength training series with small groups - 8 clients only!  We practice basic form and technique while building strength and confidence. You'll increase energy and stamina to prepare for the summer activities you love.  Progressive single leg work will be incorporated into this session.

Time Options:

  • Monday, 9-10 AM (this class is only 1x per week)
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 8:15-9:15 AM
  • Tuesday & Thursday, 9:30-10:30 AM


Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card.  This includes a weekly email with a stretching routine, nutrition tips, or fun facts pertaining to your physical health!
