Boot Camp 8-Week Progressive Program
This is an 8 week small group progressive training camp that will focus on 3-4 basic movements that are progressed throughout our 8 week program for total body strength and conditioning.
When: Jan 6th - Feb 27th
- Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:30pm
Cost: $288 for the entire series (16 classes total!) or $20 per class to drop-in.
