Base Fitness focuses on increasing overall strength and building lean muscle with longer work periods and rest in between stations. More time in each station for us to coach and you to learn. Best suited all levels with options for modifications. Must have foundations/knowledge of basic movements
Time Options:
- Mondays & Fridays, 8-8:55am - offered in-person or via Zoom
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8-8:55am - offered in-person only
- Fridays, 9-9:55am - offered in-person only
Cost: Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card. Please make sure to purchase the correct punch card for Small Group Training, as we offer a different punch card for our larger group classes. Class size is limited to 8 participants and drop-ins are only allowed via Zoom.
