Base Fitness - Strength Training
This strength training series will teach you the movements you need to maintain muscle tone, bone mineral density, increase flexibility, and stability. It focuses on increasing overall strength and building lean muscle using longer work periods, rest in between stations, and more time in each station for us to coach you and for you to learn. It is best suited to all levels with options for modifications. You must have foundations/knowledge of basic movements.
The small groups allow for more one-on-one attention at an affordable rate when compared to personal training. These groups are intimate, fun, & encouraging with options to attend in-person OR from the comfort of your own home on Zoom.

- Mondays or Wednesdays, 9-9:55am - in-person ONLY
Cost: Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card. This includes a weekly email with an additional home routine for maintenance! Please make sure to purchase the correct punch card for Small Group Training, as we offer a different punch card for our larger group classes. Class size is limited to 8 participants.
