12 week Strength Camp for Runners

Common causes of injury include over-training, abnormal biomechanics, improper footwear selection, flexibility limitations, and strength deficits/imbalances.
Join PT360 for this 12 week progressive strength program specifically designed for the endurance athlete to improve single leg hip, knee, & ankle strength and improve mobility & power to decrease your risk of injury this season. This program has been carefully designed to increase your power, endurance, and decrease recovery time for those longer runs.
Mar 2nd - May 21st
- Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:30PM
- Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00-7:00AM
$460 for 2 classes per week for 12 weeks (24 classes total!)
Price includes a weekly email with specific stretches and mobility drills for the ankle, hips & feet, as well as a FREE 30 minute running evaluation at our Williston office!
