Join PT360 for this 12 week progressive strength program specifically designed for the endurance athlete to improve single leg hip, knee, & ankle strength and improve mobility & power to decrease your risk of injury this season. This program has been carefully designed to increase your power, endurance, and decrease recovery time for those longer runs.
- Tuesday & Thursday, 7-8 AM
Cost is $20 per class - you can purchase classes individually or in a 5-class ($100) or 10-class ($200) punch card. This includes a weekly email with specific stretches and mobility drills for the ankle, hips, & feet.
